Accounting Manager
Location: Johnstown, PA
Unlimited Care is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to oversee our accounting operations. Who We are Looking For:
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in non-profit accounting with strong understanding of GAAP, regulatory compliance, and financial reporting. We are looking for motivated team members who are committed to empowering others and strengthening our community.
What You Will Do:
- Manage accounting functions, including accounts payable, account receivable.
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure adherence to tax regulations and reporting standards.
- Lead month end and year end closing processes, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Coordinate internal and external audits; assist with audit processes to ensure compliance.
What You Will Need to Succeed:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related Field
- Extensive experience in accounting with a minimum of 5 years progressively responsible roles.
- Experience in non-profit accounting.
