Direct Support Professional (DSP) Residential
Location: Cambria County, PA

As a DSP, you will play a vital role in promoting independence, supporting daily living routines, and helping individuals stay active and engaged both in their homes and communities.

What You Will Do:
- Assist with health maintenance tasks including medication administration
- Support individuals with daily living tasks such as meal preparation, transportation, and personal care
- Encourage participation in social, recreational, and community activities
- Assist in implementing Individual Support Plans (ISPs) which may include use of mobility equipment, grooming and bathing
- Foster a safe, positive, and empowering environment
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of activities, appointments and purchases
What You Will Need to Succeed:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid PA driver’s license
